Root + Rise was founded by Jenna BenDaali, a digital marketing strategist and operations expert with over a decade of experience helping mission-driven businesses grow with clarity and intention. With a career spanning in-house leadership roles and agency environments, Jenna brings a rare blend of marketing execution, systems thinking, and strategic insight to every client engagement.
She has led cross-platform advertising campaigns, built internal workflows from the ground up, and managed multi-functional teams across paid media, branding, onboarding, and project operations.
